Inspired by the "lone tree" shots of other 365ers, I planned my shot of this tree that strands alone on top of a ridge overlooking the whole property. (The grandkids have knicknamed it "Grandad's Dreaming Spot".) But to my surprise I found my way blocked by Black Soil Gully - too wet to cross. So I had to satisfy myself with this silhouette against the late afternoon sun.
