It was the Chicago marathon today, and as it was another gorgeous day I decided to head downtown with the intention of taking and posting a shot of a few of the many thousands of people who challenge themselves to do something I cannot imagine doing. Though the runners were inspiring, I just could not seem to capture what I wanted.
So I headed to the lakefront with all intention of posting a shot of Chicago's skyline, but I love watching people, and there were no shortage of people to watch today. These three girls intrigued me as they spent nearly 20 minutes taking various shots of themselves and each other. Fantastic! I've witness similar phenomena and it does not cease to amaze me the lengths that some young ladies will go to for a selfie. Why they almost are as intense as a photographer! :)
