Aon Center

When you look at the Chicago skyline it is easy to ignore this building, though tall it is box like in structure and reaches straight up, no towers, no spires and from a distance it is rather boring, but if you get up close to it and crane your neck upwards it becomes rather interesting. It stretches further than the top of this shot. Initially I was going to post this on a diagonal slant, but I liked this straight up view.
As you say, really interesting from this angle. The patterns and shapes are great.

This makes for some really interesting patterns as the verticals reach into the sky and are bisected by all the horizontals and diagonals of the solid masses between the windows! Very interesting view!

I like it very much, that you used a straight angle and still have chosen a slight non-symmetrical pov. This makes it very interesting for me. And of course a like the blue that fades in the distant. And a second of course: fav.

Make me feel dizzy! But when I steady myself I can see what a good formal architecture shot ti is.

Wonderful capture of this building and well done in conveying what makes it interesting among other more 'standout' types of architecture.
