@ukandie1 It makes a huge difference. Maybe one fo the most fun 'mini-projects': On a blank extra card (by "extra", meaning, it's ok if it sits around for while), make 24-36 exposures. Do *not* check /look at any of them in playback. (If the camera allows it, I turn the review/playback function off). Once you've made 24-36 exposures, take the card out and let it sit 1-2 weeks. Then import/process after they've marinated. I haven't done it in quite a while...wow...maybe a couple of years now that I think about it! But it's *really* interesting to see them. Might have talked myself into doing one again.
@dbj_365 I like that idea Joe. I am a terrible chimper, might do me good! I am still flirting with the idea of doing some film photography this year, have a canon slr that my kids used for HS photography classes that sits on a shelf begging to be used. Just a little scared!
The 'fill the frame' blur, the sign, the see-through, the colors = OMG WOW FAV. I'm envious that The Tedeschi Trucks Band is playing soon. First rate blues rock with a slide guitarist so good that at age 15 bands were hiring him to play on their recording sessions.
