This is just up my street, but needs a little bit of extra work done on it to make it just perfect. Firstly I hope you don't mind me critiquing your image? I would remove the leaves at the bottom that are not complete, then the out of focus ones at the top. If you have can, remove the dark dot on that top leaf. I would play around with different colours, textures and clarity until you got something that you really enjoyed. This is such a good image, it is worth experimenting!!
Thank you very much for your detailed remarks on editing, @marshwader. I understand that editing can open up a new level of creativity. It may seem strange, but now my desire is not to edit at all. This is related to what I want to learn about photography for photogrammetry. Of course, that's not exactly what I upload here, but mostly what I edit is cutting out what I really don't like. For example, in this photo, there were no trees on the right side, so the background was bright and I cropped it. Thanks again, I appreciate the advice and maybe I'll take it to the next level in the future when I start to enjoy making images better with editing.
