Cloud Candy by vera365

Cloud Candy

I think it's better on black. As promised, back to experimenting with in-camera multiple exposure, again involving clouds, as they were so pretty today. Talked my kid into posing for two shots, and I liked this one more (the other one was with a fork and turned out quite funny, but the cloud was not as pretty anymore). Increased contrast in editing, and turned up the highlights.
As always I would love to hear what you think and get any pointers on how to do it better.
Excellent! Fav

It looks great on black! Very clever.

This is really clever! Love it. ☺

A great combination. It would look better on black if you gave it a thin pencil boarder, as that would define the image rather than it blending into black.

So love that expression. Very fun.

This is good. I had to look at it twice to see what it was. You have very co-operative models!

Hello Vera! Thanks for my get-pushed challenge for this week, it is very interesting! I don't know much about artists so I will definitely have to do some research to find a picture to recreate.

As for you, you have a lovely project. I adore this double exposure shot, I'm curious if my camera has this ability! I did notice that you have a beautiful son, so my challenge for you is to use his toys to create a scene and capture it! Enjoy :)

@jlindros Thanks, Jenny! I "announced" my challenge to the kiddies and they are already supplying me with craziest ideas :)

Thank you all so much for visiting my project and commenting! I also told my son about all the great reactions, which I hope will motivate him to do more posing in the future :)

@carla42 Thank, Carla! See if you camera has this feature, but if not - I believe it is possible in post-processing. I liked the in-camera challenge of thinking of so many things at the same time, and needing to act fast between the two shots. Good luck with experimenting.

@bob65 I looked at this again, Bob - you are right! This would make it more defined and give it some "hold". Thank you for your comments!
