The challenge from Andy @andywallis was to "capture an action scene. Not necessarily sports but something full of energy or 'busy'-ness."
Somehow, we don't get that much action with our kids - they both are rather "sit-down-and-play-without-running-and-jumping" kind of types (although so different from each other!) So, today I had to "order" them to jump on the bed for the photo purposes. I liked this one for some reason.

reminds me of childhood shenanigans leaping into the bed, though our orders were generally in the "don't" department. Perfect moment, as Andy says, you can see the off-balance aspect of this so its very dynamic.

I would like you to take photos using shadows as the main subject. I hope this is enough of a challenge for you - you seem to have done heaps of others. :-)
Really like this - you get the sense of motion, and being off centre also gives it an interesting dynamic. Great timing, too.
