Yup, it's a fox den adjacent to the fenced yard, and on our little "wild" batch of property. Now I find myself sitting in fron of the window for hours watching cubs play. The problem is - they are behind a chainlink fence, there is no way to take a good picture unless they come into the yard. But yesterday, I creeped up on them a bit and snapped this one. I had to be fast - that little one quickly ran into the den, but he is "watching" me as he is going.
Great timing! It is really hard to get shots of truly wild animals. I really enjoy seeing members post photos of animals that I only ever see the back end of as they are running away!
