What a ton of fun!! I have done this sort of shot as well and it expresses summer time fun perfectly!
We are pushed partners this week.
Your challenge is to give Zoom Burst photography a try. The trick is to put your focus on manual so the focus does not change while you are moving the zoom ring giving your central subject a funky zoomed out frame. Using a tripod is very useful (I find it is a must).

I am not sure if you have a camera that can do this - (I hope so) but if you do not, how about giving Dutch Tilt a try?
