A friend talked me into taking an online class on Natural History Illustration. Considering that the last time I was drawing is middle school (over 30 years ago?), it's is quite a leap. The first week's assignment was trying out the pencils, shading and some shapes. I hope I can keep up with it for the next 6 weeks.
