Leaving the office

Had to post this one too. I still can't believe that this is the view my husband sees every day when leaving work: castle Stettenfels, sitting on a hill opposite his office. It is in part a private residence, in part a conference center, and in large part - a wonderful beer garden with spectacular views of the vineyards, a couple of other castles and the whole area.
My computer upgraded to Photos instead of iPhoto, so I was playing with processing options in this one.
Thank you for visiting!
it is a great view from his office

I see a wall through my window. Oh and I have steel bars in front of my window, because the school safe is in my office

@phil_howcroft :) You can always print this one out and have it cover your window instead! :)

The vignette works really well, the grape vines take the view to the castle.

iPhoto has processing options too which are pretty good for basic stuff! This must be lovely to see at any time - history and agriculture!

Striking shot with all that bright green and then the lovely textures of the castle above. Unbidden as usual, my Mac provided me with Photos a while ago - once I got over the shock of the impertinence, I'm converted. It has a lot more to offer than iPhotos, so I've got rather lazy and venture into PS more rarely
