Thank you for your comments and Favs on yesterday's image. I deliberated for a long time between the colour version I posted and a B&W treatment. I still feel that this building looks good in B&W so here's a B&W capture of this lovely old building from a different viewpoint. This monochrome and tighter focus has a totally different feel and aspect. The emphasis is more on the building and it's tones and texture, not quite the same pastoral feeling, even the clouds. more drama. well done Richard
