Another meeting tonight with a miserable rainy, windy evening that didn't exactly encourage me to go out. My spirits always rise on the way home as I drive out of the forest and begin the descent towards the house, because I can see the outside light like a beacon leading me home until, finally, I turn into our lane and home is in front of me, lit and welcoming.
I posted a colour version of this image as my 365 photo for today but I wanted to keep this monochrome one too. Once again I'm impressed by the little Sony RX100M3 - h/held at 1/4 sec and ISO 3200.
