Whilst I try valiantly to be a half-way decent photographer, Mrs S has me beat when it comes to handicrafts. Knitting, sewing, garment making, embroidery... you name it and she can produce amazing results. Her latest project is a patchwork tablecloth and here she is sewing the component squares together, each one made from eight carefully chosen and colour matched oblongs of fabric. I'm very proud of her.
Thank you for thinking of and posting this shot. I like it a lot, simply because I too, enjoy sewing. I don't get to do as much of it as I would like (yet... a grandchild is on the way, and that should fix it!). Such a satisfying chore/hobby.
