Mitzi is a very spirited little dog and if you let her off the lead she will race off and refuse to come back... of late though, she's been improving. Today Mrs S had a hair appointment in the neighbouring town of Mauron where there is also a rather nice landscaped lake where she and Mitzi like to walk. Mrs S returned to say that, "Every silver lining has a cloud"! Mitzi was well behaved off the lead and came back when called... but not before she had found some fox poo to roll in! Fellow dog owners will know how foul this smells and how difficult it is to get rid of. Mitzi was not impressed at having her second shower in a week... and she thought her perfume was rather nice!
Is this anything like the fine perfume of skunk? We don't have foxes around here that I know of but skunks yes and our childhood dog loved to chase them with the known results.
