This house, the one we built as an investment property in 2005, is sold subject to contract - if everything goes according to plan, the new owners will take possession in two weeks time. Today, Mrs S and I spent the day making the garden presentable - mowing the lawn, tidying the edges, trimming the hedge - hot work on a sunny day at 26 deg C.
