Love the capture. I am not really a cheese person although I do like a good sharp cheddar. Probably a good thing as Dr. Advises against it. I would love seeing shops like this.
@janiskay Thanks Janice - this like most of the market stalls dealing with foods that need to be kept chilled - meat, fish charcuterie, or cooked food prepared to order, is a fully equipped trailer... a mobile shop.
@vignouse now that is very interesting. I didn't realize it was mobile. We have what we call food trucks here but they are mostly mini restaurants on wheels. One of these days I might just get out and get a picture of one.
