PLAY January - Nikon 50mm f/1.4G: Nature's Silhouettes by vignouse

PLAY January - Nikon 50mm f/1.4G: Nature's Silhouettes

This was taken in the garden of my neighbour across the field to the south of us: it's very pretty in colour but it was the shapes that first caught my eye.

This is for my PLAY project - you can read more about it in my profile - where I'll be using a different prime lens for each month of the year: in January it's the Nikon 50mm f/1.4G on a full-frame camera (the D610 today).

An unsung view, until now, and how lovely it is in the Winter void. Space, grace, light, tone, contrast...and I never thought I'd say...I like the pampas grass!
