PLAY January - Nikon 50mm f/1.4G: Bench with a View
I've posted this scene a number of times - the last time as recently as 20 January - https://365project.org/vignouse/play/2017-01-20 but I've not yet felt that I had captured the essence of this simple scene. This shot, taken today, comes close I think.
This is for my PLAY project - you can read more about it in my profile - where I'll be using a different prime lens for each month of the year: in January it's the Nikon 50mm f/1.4G on a full-frame camera (the D610 today).
This is absolutely stunning. Great colors, composition. It looks like a painting. I'd like to see this in a jigsaw puzzle. (500 pieces please!) We seem to have problems finishing the 1000 piece ones when we get the whole family together for holiday long weekends!)
Before we lived at Paimpont, we had a picnic one day at this spot, sgades from the sun...and a memorable moment. This shot, in colour, brings in back the warmth of everything that day. Huge fav.
