PLAY February - Fuji 18mm f/2: Weir

Shapes, patterns, textures and reflections... impossible to resist this view of the weir on the River Meu at Gaël.

This is for my PLAY project - you can read more about it in my profile - where I'll be using a different prime lens for each month of the year: for February it's the Fujinon 18mm f/2 on an APS-C sensor camera (today the Fuji X-Pro1) - the equivalent of a 28mm lens on a full-frame camera.

Oooo, those tree branch reflections are excellent. While everything else seems to be moving, those twigs are perfectly still there on the water.
