That was a good night out. This evening I caught up with a good friend I hadn't seen in months, as he's moving to Leicester. A load of us met up for drinks in the city centre, and plenty was drunk! When the remaining stragglers decided to go home, I chose to gate-crash my better half's night out with her best friend.
These pretty ladies from left to right are Mandeep and Suman, my fiancée. Look at the sheen on her hair! In post-processing I darkened the background to make the girls stand out more, and I increased the vibrancy to make the colours warmer.
I've reached a milestone. 300 photos in 300 days. It doesn't seem that long ago since I started. I've had plenty of ups and downs, and recently I've come close to quitting a couple of times. With 65 photos left to take though I feel like I'm on the home stretch, so I'll keep on truckin'!
Semi-professional photographer based in Nottingham, England, I shoot mainly events and weddings. I'll be posting my work using my Fujis - X100S and X-Pro1.

Fantastic photo of your lovely lady. The dark background and highlighted hair is stunning! Congrats on your 300 - so glad you didn't quit because all of your photos are simply incredible.
