This makes me so cross that things like the traffic cone are just discarded. There were empty drink containers and other pieces of card and paper. Further along there was a discarded shopping trolley. This is in a really rural spot at least one mile from the road or shop so absolutely no reason for this type of waste.
@onewing yes it is kids (teenagers) but sadly they have other recreational habits that litter the countryside and they cause a disturbance in the area.
Sad to see. Sometimes you see these things in places that seem hard to get to and you wonder who went to all that trouble just to make waste. Once per year we have the Great American River Cleanup and we retrieve literally tons of garbage.
I fume in sympathy with you. Here, it sounds like they made some effort to get the rubbish to that point. The malice of thought in the act is utterly beyond me.
