We have quite strict rules in our household regarding alcohol.
rule 1. Only on Fridays and Saturdays
rule 2. Only to be drunk between 18:00 and 21:00
rule 3. Never more than 3 glass each.
We often break the rules, but realise their wisdom the day afterwards.
