The Bass Performance Hall opened on Friday, May 1, 1998 with a sound and light show. The hall seats 2,056 patrons. One of the unique architectural features are the 48 foot high limestone angels on the front of the building.

PS... This is beautiful! I can't believe you got it with your iPhone! Did you go to the show? Bass hall is one of my favorite places. I have a friend who is talented at landing us front and center and a little right of the conductors ear. We like to look over his shoulder at the music and the musicians. Next time, I'll try my luck at this angel AND take you with us!
