Ha! Sorry about your lack of sleep and proof but I like that you knew to look and saw one. You are pretty smart! Power naps are the way to go. There were days this summer when I took two in one day! Make your room as close to your pic as possible. 20-30 minutes. It is permissible to wind down with reading a real book. Put your phone on do not disturb, but set the timer. You will be amazed at the stamina that gives you. 😁
