3 Good Things:
1. My dog did not feast on the trash like her cousin.
2. Interesting meeting at work. Always makes me evaluate myself.
3. I ran for 30 minutes straight but went down to 5mph instead of 6mph so I will have to work on increasing that now.
Nice shadow! What is that? I'm really impressed with your running. I'm glad the trash was safe at your house! Anthony picked it up for me while I was swimming and then I crashed.
