Runner up

An amazing end to a super fun weekend. This shot was in the final two for 5th and final brief for Canon Photo5 Live. Brief was Balloons and genre was portraiture. Was super disappointed to come so close to winning and not actually winning. My heart jumped in my throat when the judges showed their final two.
Have a new found appreciation for grainy b&w images. There'll be a lot more of that from me in the future

Thanks for the "grain" challenge @abhijit. I sure will have to compose something in order not to let you down. I don't want to disappoint you even the littlest way. Boom!! Ahahaha! My challenge for you this week is to try to come up with something that involves some really really powerful and thought-provoking eyes. Anything is on your sleeves, actually, just make sure that the photo involves a really poignant use of the eyes. I hope this is OK. :D
