I am amazed at the difference a few months makes. I took a shot of these falls on February 4 and they were covered in snow. See here: http://365project.org/amandal/365-year-2/2013-02-04 And today they are newly lush and green again. Love the contrasts of the two.
Wow, what a difference, looks like a beautiful place to discover. Perfectly captured and composed. I bet this looks beautiful in fall with the different colored leaves. Nice one Amanda =)
@katiebrenkert I'm at my computer. Where are you?! It's by me off of Socialville Foster road in Maineville. I can take you there sometime if you want. I think that we are a no go for tomorrow. Clara is still feverish. But are you up for Findley on Saturday morning or early afternoon? We could meet with families, the boys could take the kids to the park and then we could have a picnic lunch or something. Next Saturday night I need to go to the Banks. Do either interest you?
I don't know how I missed this great capture. When I was a child (once upon a time... haha) I loved this type of places, and walk along the creek, or jump from stone to stone... :)
Thank you all for your lovely comments about my favorite waterfall in the spring. It's such a pretty time of year around here. Please pardon my late response and less than usual comments. I've had a household of sick kids all week and am feeling a little run down myself. Hope that you all have a gorgeous, fun and photographic weekend!
