Why I am Constantly Doing Laundry

My two oldest set up a science laboratory today and have been studying science. I decided to pick up some Diet Coke and Mentos when I went to the store for a fun experiment. Figures that my kid who was down to one pair of shorts would get a little too close to the explosion. Good thing he was wearing goggles.

@aecasey We did it 3 times. I had wanted to do 3 bottles at once, but we tried doing a different amount of mentos in each bottle. It wasn't as big an explosion as I remember it being when we did it before. Wonder what the trick is to getting it crazy big?

@losthorizon You have GOT to do this with your boys. We got a 2 liter of diet coke for each kid. Need one pack of mentos for each, too. Supposed to dump all of the mentos in at once. We didn't remember this fact and put in just one, two or in Lucas' case...a handful. Make sure they wear safety goggles and get the camera ready. So fun!
