I noticed a few people including @kwind putting together these top 12 year in review collages. These are some of my favorites from the past year. It was really really tough to narrow down. First I tried picking a favorite a month and had one month that I wasn't super into and multiple months where I loved bunches.
So this is mostly one from each month with an exception or two and mostly in order for the year with another exception or two.
I'd like to do this with each year and wish I had for 2012-2014. It's good to see a review and to reflect back.
@linnypinny It was so hard to narrow it down. Some that I loved just didn't work in the format. Sometimes I had too much b&w. SO hard. Let me know how yours goes. I'll keep my eye out for it, too!
These are all fantastic images - I want to do this too, but I was also overwhelmed by some months and underwhelmed by others. Maybe I'll take another stab at it. :)
@sarahsthreads I was the same way. I had some where I loved 3 or more shots and some that were ugly. Winter gets long and boring here. Not much pretty snow, just gray and blah!
It's evident that family is very important to you, and I'm not referring to the old uncle in the August slot. I enjoy your selections and can see why they're your favorites. Nice variety too.
That's a pretty cool idea. How did you even go about doing it? Not that I have the selection to choose from since I'm just going for my first year, but it's still a fun idea to try at some point.
@dullshimmer Jeremy...check out Picmonkey.com. Amazing free editing tool and can help you create collages easily. It's my primary editing source as I am too cheap to buy software at this point (I have different priorities:).
Excellent picks! I did this idea for a calendar this year. Still waiting for it to arrive in the mail since I had to wait for Dec. to end for my last pic.
They're all such great shots and on thing I really love is how diverse they are. Closeups, landscapes, people, abstracts. Really awesome and I can't wait to make one of these myself next year!
All of these pictures speak. Wonderful
