I got a serious crick in my neck looking up all 100 stories. I also felt slightly woozy at the top looking out over the city. It was neat, but a little sickening.
They had this thrill "ride" you could do on the observation deck where it tilted you out 45 degrees over the city in a glass window. Um, no thanks.
Home today with a sick littlest. She had a stomach bug over the weekend, but was fine all day yesterday. We moved too fast with greasy food and she got sick again early this morning.
I was so looking forward to a day off today, but I guess I'll just have to enjoy it stuck home with a super cute sidekick.
I remember that shot lol - it truly made me dizzy! This is a cool POV as well and I bet your neck had a crick! Sorry your little one isn't feeling well, that's been going around a lot out my way but thankfully that bug hasn't visited us *knocking on wood*
You have a strong neck. My neck would be out and dizzy too. A very cool photo, Amanda. Could you not have laid down to take this? I have laid down in SF on Market Street to take photos though long ago. Sure feel for you home with her sick. It is hard to resist what they want to eat and sometimes their stomach is not ready for it and sometimes it is. You are a wonderful Mom. FAV
@darsphotos Huh, I didn't this even think of laying down. My hubby was gracious enough to walk around with me taking photos. I tried not to press my luck
I saw a video of that thrill ride as you call it on the Internet. I am like you, no thanks. Just like the glass platform at the Grand Canyon. Are you crazy?
