Just up the road from where I work is this 'monstrous carbuncle' as Prince Charles would no doubt put it. It's the new Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel and when completed, will be the UK's largest hospital.
It is indeed huge..And blue!!!
Oh, and it doesn't seem to have many windows! You can just see the helipad at the top of the middle tower.
Just uploading and watching Dispatches on Ch4 about fundamentalist Muslim groups moving into politics and taking over the local Labour party and Council in the Borough where I work... Hmmm interesting...!! Think I know what will be the topic of conversation in the office tomorrow....
