England! Up in flames!

Well... Bang goes England's World Cup chance again. Thrashed 4-1 against the old foe, Germany, this afternoon and too be honest, it was poor, dire, shocking, dreadful and any other damning statement you can think of.

Woke early so we could get the shopping out the way, kebabs and potato salad prepared for an afternoon barbie and down we settled for the big game.

Forget the non-goal... it only papers over the cracks. We were abysmal...!

On the positive, I'm half German so I guess, I couldn't really lose!! As they say over the pond... Go Team Germany....

Good game this evening, Argies (my tip) beat Mexico 3-1 although yet another ref blunder with Tevez's opening goal being 2 yards offside... Oh well, roll on 2014...

the young germans played superb......... I am not a great fan of football..but i saw the game...England has got many outstanding individual players...but germans have got an outstanding Team....its a game of 11....so team matters not the individual players!!
