Bird on a Wire

I know..corney title..

I could of done with my zoom lens on me this evening when I spotted this lone guy sat on a telephone wire with the setting sun behind him. I couldn't get any closer so this has had a fair old crop..

The wire when viewed here looks zig-zagged but enlarged and the original look ok..!

Back to the mundane today, busy day at work followed by more census door-knocking in the evening. Thankfully this is the last week for me. Don't think I'll be doing this again when the census comes around in 10 years time..
