Sangeeta met with another of her bridesmaids today to do some typical girly stuff leaving me to do some gardening and cook dinner... Things I actually find quite relaxing and enjoyable.
I popped to the local nursary and bought a bundle of plants, a mixture of flowers and veg and spent much of the afternoon getting down and dirty in the garden.
In the evening I made a potato salad (Mum's receipe) and spicy prawns... Nom Nom as is said I believe....
thanks guys... @1invisiblegrl@andifree@mrssmith really simple and quick.. Boil some new potatoes in their skins until done. Leave to cool a bit then peel off the skins and chop in half, add some chopped toms, chopped cucumber, skin and chop a couple of apples, add spring onion, chop up some red/green sweet peppers, mix all together with a few big spoon fulls of salad cream, add some chopped fresh mint leaves, a few halved boiled egss and season to taste... Goes down a treat with a BBQ... Enjoy :-)
