Sangeeta was up and out early off to a hair and make-up course (something I think I'd give a miss) so instead I took the Brick Lane option and headed out with good intentions of buying some Christmas presents but secretly knew all I'd do is get some pics...
Got to the market fairly early so there wasn't much going on, so after a wander about and a coffee, I headed off to the part of the market set aside for food stalls...
You can take your choice from pretty much every quarter of the world, from Japanese to South American, from Ethiopian to Polish... the choice is yours...
I ended up with a Dal... Yeah, yeah.. married to an Indian and can have dal whenever I want but still end up buying it when out... Very imaginative..
