We meant to head down to Hampshire to see my Mum this afternoon.. But a mixture of getting up late and faffing around the house meant we didn't leave until nearly noon...
Decided that by the time we'd get there, it would almost be time to come back so in the end I called and postponed til tomorrow...Must get up early!!
So apart from cooking a superb (even if I say so myself) mustard crusted pan fried salmon on a bed of leeks served with mixed veg, all I did was today was to pop down to the river to grab a couple of shots during the afternoon...
@phil_howcroft would love to say it's unbelieveable but quite frankly, we've been run by crooks since the 1970s so I am not surprised... As the Harry and Milan case shows....
