Another week, another food pic..!

I never went to Uni but reckon if I did, fish finger sarnies would have been a staple diet of mine..

Here's my slightly upmarket fish finger sandwhich... Thai prawn, chilli & lemongrass fish cakes, melted jalapeno & garlic cheese, dijonnaise mustard, toms and gem lettace in a toasted bap..
