Freezing cold all day, the gauge in my car said -2 and it only reached +1 by about 2pm...
Drove down to see mum today as it's one year since my dad died and I thought she might be a little emotional and would want company and perhaps visit where dad's ashes were spread.
As it was, she was fine and in surprisingly good spirits - she didn't want to go out (too cold) so we had pizza and I drove back to London in the early evening..
