We went to a friend's grandson's first birthday party on Saturday.. Apparently a child's first birthday is quite a big thing in the Bangladeshi Muslim community so there was quite a few people there along with plenty of grub (always good)..
I didn't recognise this woman sat chatting to Sangeeta for about 20 minutes - I had seen her once before, but she wasn't wearing a head scarf then...!
