Prawn Curry

Crazy busy in work at the moment plus I have one or two things I'm trying to sort out privately left me little time for a pic today....

So instead of a candid capture on the train, I bring you tonight's tea..a prawn curry....

Quite nice but feel it's missing something... I'm always told I don't put enough salt in my food so that's probably what it's lacking...
