It was the London Marathon today and I joined the estimated 700,000 or so people on the streets cheering on and watching many of the 35,000+ runners taking part..
I probably made a bit of a mistake hanging around Tower Bridge as it was a very popular spot and it was a bit of a struggle to get to the front of the barriers to get any decent shots..
I gave up after a few hours and, as it was a lovely day, headed down to the river and sat on a bench watching the world go by...
