Against the flow

James and I walked Ceilidh on the canal but met 200 runners coming the other way on a 10km organised event. It's amazing how many smiled at us and spared the breath to thank us for standing to 1 side- a lovely community of people!

Nice shot. do you ever feel you are going the wrong way!! My knees couldn't cope with running these days either.
