Made it in to work this morning but cancelled an afternoon meeting to return my poorly bones to the sofa. Ceilidh thought this half day lark was a great idea and embraced the cuddle opportunity. Luckily my point and shoot was within reach so this is an ill selfie too!

On another note. "poorly" is such an English word. I say it out here in Oz and they always laugh at me. They tend to say "crook" here if you are sick. I guess that poorly must be the funniest word in the world because whenever I say it everyone rolls about laughing.
