@steampowered We've had the pasta maker about 4 years and this was only its second outing! We did work out how to handle it alot better this time though so it might get used again before another 4 years pass by.
@angelar I found that the most important bit is to leave the dough for twenty minutes when it has been mixed to allow it to become elastic before trying to run it through the pasta maker.
