I find the age of this Obelisk, that sits along the Embankment of the River Thames, incredible. It is around 3500 years old and was gifted by the Egyptians. Many Londoners walk past it every day without giving it, and its history, a second thought. It is one of a pair, the other being in Central Park, New York
