Laskiaispulla (in Finnish) or semla (in Swedish) is a traditional pastry to be eaten on Shrove Tuesday. It was so good that I went back later to our canteen and bought another. This one was filled with strawberry jam and cream. i don't like almond paste which is a more common filling for this pastry.
