I wonder why the biker has his helmet hanging from his rucksack. It would not help him at all if an accident occurred. He just wants to show he owns one?
The number of kids I see riding home from school with the helmets hanging from their handlebars, or their helmets on their heads but not fastened is astounding. :( Interesting observation of this particular bicyclist!
