Järvenpää - odd IMG_4278

What has happened at Järvenpää Railway Station, I wonder. There was flower-decorated hat on the ground in front of the bus stop and a real flower on top of it, some broken flowers on the ground and a beautiful flower pot on the carbage bin. Odd!?
