Reindeer knuckle with red wine sauce, chanterelles and roasted turnips

We, my husband and I, went to dine at Strindberg Restaurant in Helsinki. We chose Reindeer knuckle with red wine sauce, chanterelles and roasted turnips as a main course. It was delicious! I never knew that reindeer can be so tender. Wehad first Toast Skagen and as a dessert Passion fruit crème brûlée. Yum!
